How quickly will I get a reply?

Rockhound is made by a small independent team, so there's no 24/7 call center โ€” but every email is read. We aim to respond within a few business days, and usually sooner.

What should I include in a support email?

A short description of the problem, your device model (e.g. iPhone 15), your iOS version, and a screenshot if possible. For identification issues, attaching the photo you used helps a lot.

Is there a phone number or web form?

No โ€” support is handled entirely by email at support@rockhound.app. This site is a static informational site, so there's no contact form; email reaches us directly.

Where do I manage or cancel my Rockhound Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Rockhound. You can also email us if you're unsure about anything.
