How accurate is the AI identification?
Our AI is trained on thousands of rock and mineral images and provides accurate identifications in most cases. However, for definitive identification, we recommend consulting a professional geologist, especially for valuable specimens.
How do I save rocks to my collection?
After identifying a rock, tap "Add to Collection" to save it. You can add notes, location, and additional photos.
How do I download offline maps?
- Navigate to the area you want to download
- Tap the download button
- Select the map styles you want
- Confirm the download
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Rockhound"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
